Second is Norlina Bt. Kamudin. Norlina’s strengths lie in her strong people skills coupled with strategic and logical thinking. Combined with her experience in various organizations, business process transformation, customer management and segmentation, as well as marketing and product development; she is an asset to any organisation she joins.
Norlina possesses excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and is an effective leader as well as a team player. Norlina is a self-starter, and works effectively independently, or in a team environment.
She has also worked in various industries and has a good understanding of human capital, customer as well as management expectations. Norlina started her career at Malaysia Airlines as a Traffic Assistant/Secretary to Station Manager in Los Angeles, California and moved on to Marketing Development Department in MAS head office, Kuala Lumpur, where her area of focus was product development for customer loyalty and frequent flyer programmes. She left the airline after seven years to join Arkitek Rekabina, where she launched her career in Human Resource Management. She then joined Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ) to further concentrate her career in Human Resources. Due to economic downturn in 1999, she moved again and joined Kumpulan Pendidikan Yayasan Pelajaran Johor. Currently, Norlina is a General Manager/Director Human Resource for Asia e University. She has been in the HR line for 11 out of 19 years work experiences, and has always been rated as an outstanding performer by her employers.
